German version of the game is censored. To play in German uncensored, check out Austrian version. Do note, German version also had different executable, which isn't part of this translation.

To easy get to your game files, go to your STEAM LIBRARY, right click on Call of Duty: Black Ops, hover over Manage and press Browse local files.
